We know: Sometimes it is difficult to estimate in an online shop how a garment will actually look like. What is the size, what are the colours like, what is the material? For this reason, many packages are returned by online shops.

But we also know: Sending back packages causes a huge waste of resources. We think, for example, of the CO2 emissions of vans, the energy it takes to produce, process and deliver parcels and the money that can be put to better use.

For this reason, we at Kidis want to keep returns as low as possible. How we do that? Our job is to describe the products as accurately as possible. This way we can avoid that you order something that doesn't fit because of missing information. We also provide an additional incentive for you:

For every package that is not returned, we will donate a small amount to our water fund. This is for the benefit of Helvetas, a non-profit organisation that gives people around the world access to clean drinking water.

So with your 'non-returned parcels' we support Helvetas in the projects LAAFIA in Burkina Faso and JIKURA in Mali - for healthy children and families thanks to clean water and hygiene.

Can I return Second Season Mode?

Yes, you can return Second Season-Mode (new goods) to Kidis within 7 days if it does not fit. Please return them undamaged and with labels to our delivery address:

Can I return Second Hand fashion?

No, unfortunately we cannot take back second hand clothes. With Second Hand it is difficult to find out whether the garment has already been worn and only then send it back - after all, the garment was already used before. We therefore take great care to describe the products very precisely, so that no wrong orders are placed and you receive exactly what you expect. We thank you very much for your understanding!

 

Can I return toys?

Yes, you can return toys (Second Season and used goods) to Kidis if they do not fit. Please return them undamaged to our delivery address:

Who pays the postage costs for the return shipment?

Postage costs are paid by the buyer. So that you can save these costs - and do something good for yourself - we donate a small amount to our water fund for every "non-return". This is for the benefit of Helvetas, a non-profit organisation that gives people around the world access to clean drinking water.

 

What should I do if I want to return products to Kidis?

If you would like to return Second Season fashion or toys, please register this with us using our contact form. Then return the undamaged goods with labels to our delivery address within 7 days of receipt. The postage costs must be paid by the buyer.
